The Spirit-Led Steward Leadership stream is anchored in the Foundation’s flagship publication, The Mustard Touch: 8 Disciplines of Effective Ministry Leadership — a comprehensive formation framework for ministry leaders across every scale and context.
The eight disciplines of the MUSTARD framework — Stewardship of Vision, Motivation of People, Unity of Purpose, Self-Care for the Leader, Trust as Covenant, Accountability of Governance, Resilience of Mission, and Discipleship and Multiplication — form a complete pathway from the leader who is still becoming to the leader who is building other leaders.
Leadership Formation Cohorts
8-week and 8-month cohort programmes for senior ministry leaders — one discipline per session, with peer accountability and external mentorship.
Board Governance Workshops
Half-day and full-day governance workshops for nonprofit and ministry boards. Includes the Board Health Diagnostic and a 90-day governance improvement plan.
Young Leaders Camps
Annual residential camp for emerging leaders aged 18–35. Four-day intensive using The Young Leader's Roadmap. Scholarships available.
